ABOUT DUSTIN J. LEWIS
While going to college full-time, I worked as a bartender and server at Buffalo Wild Wings. One day, I was invited to learn about an opportunity offered by Primerica by one of my customers. I visited a corporate overview two days later. At the time, I wasn’t really clear on everything that Primerica was all about, but I knew I wanted to be a part of it.
After about a year of being full-time, I was invited to move to Dallas, Texas, to build a new team, in a new city. Within a week of being invited, I sold everything I owned, packed my car and drove to Dallas for the first time. Since moving to Dallas, I have experienced levels of success that I could have never imagined when I began. I have had the honor of being featured in our company publications as a Top Producer and my team and I have consistently ranked at the top of the entire company! I have qualified for many company awards, including over 25 incentive trips to places like Disney World, Puerto Rico, The Dominican Republic, The Bahamas and Hawaii. But not just me, my teammates have qualified for some company awards as well, it is so much fun working with a team of winners!
I earned my Regional Vice President promotion at the age of 26 and now, I am a member of the company’s prestigious Financial Independence Council. This means you earn a minimum of $100,000 a year in income. I believe this achievement would almost be impossible within the same time frame with my law enforcement career.
Currently, I oversee multiple business locations around Dallas & Austin, Texas with a major focus of growth coming into 2023. Although the past has been great, the future will be 10x greater!
